Named Due Cuochi, it’s a small and charming place, where you can find the most well-dressed people in the city.

 The first thing you see when you enter the restaurant , is the perfect combination of the paintings on the walls, the beautiful furniture and the soft lighting, which all pass a  good sensation of comfort  that makes you feel at home .

Being served by very polite and nice waiters, you are able to choose from a variety of delicious dishes, such as Lasagna, Duck, any kind of pasta, salad with tasty dressings, “antipastos” and the best part: Dessert. They offer us a gorgeous mouthwatering sweet homemade “petit gateau” served with passion-fruit ice-cream. Just to make it more beautiful and delicious, they dip a piece of cookie in the chocolate and put it over the ice-cream ball and the petit-gateau comes heated with chocolate inside melting. The plate is also decorated with a kind of passion-fruit sauce, that makes it more colourful.

When I was a child I used to go to New Dog’s restaurant to eat hamburgers and French fries with my father. As I grew up, I started to go there with my friends on weekends.

Established in 1967, the restaurant has a good location in Itaim, which helped it to become one meeting point to young people, who usually go there before and after party.

Since the foundation, it has been refurbished a couple of times, which gave to the place a modern and comfortable atmosphere.  The size of the restaurant increased along with the consumers, and now the house has more than 400 places to seat.

Although the place is always crowded, the service is fast, due to the efficient waiters.  If you don’t want to wait for a table, you can try the balcony, which has a faster service. Nevertheless, if you decide to wait, the restaurant has one comfortable sofa in the entrance.

                The menu has a good variety of sandwiches and hamburgers, and it also has salads and appetizers. The house has the baby’s serving to kids and to you, if you don’t want to eat a lot. To drink, you should try one of the exquisites’ milk shakes.  The meal price is not expensive for the quality and quantity of the food that the restaurant offers.

     Canuck is a very practical place, during the day time the place is a self sevice for the business men in the area, and at night it is a canadian bup, with canadian decoration, canadian beer and live bands.

     If you are looking for a place to relax, enjoy some good old school rock’n roll and improve your english of course.

     Besides the canadian decoration all over the walls, the bup is filled up with “pub stuff”, dardboard, pool table, and all this traditional pud things.

     They have a band presenting every day, some times two bands on the road.

     I miself playd there with my band, and, for me, it was a great experience, because the objective of the place is exactely this, a place where you can get together with your family and friends, listenig to some good music, do some chating, shoot some pool… it’s great! A place to go every time you can!

Rio de Janeiro is the perfect city to represent Brazil. There is a mix of everything good that our country has. The atmosphere is the most amazing that I have ever seen! The tropical climate is excellent for the relaxed atmosphere and  the people are very friendly!

The things that I like the most are the beaches: the sand is so white, the temperature of the water is delicious and you can do a lot of  things there: play soccer, volleyball, go for a walk, go for a dip in the water, get a sun tan…you can stay there for a whole day!In my opinion, Ipanema beach is the best!

 If the weather is not so good to go to the beach, you can go shopping there. The malls are very good and the fashion is original and beautiful!

The city is known as the city of the beautiful girls and the wonderful view. You can see it at Cristo Redentor, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World and at  the Pao de Acucar.           

At night there are lot of dance clubs and delicious restaurants where you can have fun!

It’s a fantastic place to go!

New York is the most amazing city I’ve ever been.

When I went there, I had a wonderful time. I saw the Statue Of Liberty and went to the last floor of the Empire State Building at night, where I had the most beautiful view of my life. It was really cold, but it worth!

The most thing that I liked was Time Square at night. There were many lights coming from everywhere! It had the coolest McDonald’s and the biggest M&M’s store that I’ve ever seen!

Another great thing in the city is the Museum Of Natural History. It’s just what people saw in the movie ‘Night At The Museum’ ! There are a lot of dinosaur’s fossils, that I loved! Another place that you have to visit in New York is a restaurant called Olive Garden, wich has the most delicious food of the city!

It’s a really interesting place to visit! You certainly won’t regret be there.

T.G.I  Fridays is a very popular restaurant in the USA. They are famous for the casual diners, but they are also a good place for a happy hour. They have different types of clients, when you go to Fridays you can see a group of teens or a family.

       The chain is known its appearance, with red-striped canopies, brass railings, tiffany lamps, and frequent use of antiques as décor.

      The main plate is chicken alfredo, that is macaroni with a good sauce, cauliflower and pieces of chicken. They put a lot of Parmesan chasse. If you pay a extra R$ 10, you can have a dish of salad.

      This restaurant isn’t too expansive, but if you’re really hungry it can turn out a little pricy, because you want to eat all the appetizers, the menu and after that you want their deserts, which are really nice.

My faforit restarant is Stop Dog. It’s placed in some places in São Paulo but my faforit spot is at Afonso Brás, Vila Nova Conseição.

The restarant serves junk food of a big qualit. I think the specialit of the place is the X-salad. It’s perfec!!! Very tastfull. And the specialit on drinks is for shur the milkshack of vanila, humm gives me water in the mouth only thinking of this.

The atmospheer is very nice. The walls are almost all red and yellow. You can sit on comon tables or on the conter which is very nice. The service is perfect, I have never went there that I haven’t been well served. The food cames allways fast and very hot.

Doring the week it’s never clogged but in the weekend some times could be, but it’s worth waiting. 

Viena

Viena was founded 30 years ago. At the beginnig it was just a little kiosk, but now it has more than 65 establishments distributed between São Paulo and Rio.

It works from Monday to Thursday at 11:45 to 22:30. On Fridays and Saturdays it works from 11:45 to 23:00. On Sunday it opens from 12 to 22:30.

Their Menu includes many kinds of fresh salad, pizzas, sandwiches, tradicional dishes, pies, arabian, japanese and french food. You can choose À la carte or Buffet.

Some of the typical dishes are: fettuccine, strogonoff, many kinds of salad, gnocchi, calzones, a big variety of fishes and grilled meat.

A good choice is hommus an delicious arabian food.It is made of Chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, Olive oil and garlic. It comes with tiny toasts and lettuce.

They have a fancy, calm decoration; with a crisp, white tablecloth.

The atmosphere is really pleasant and calm because the majority of the people are adults or teenagers, so we don’t have problems with high noises.

The service is pretty good at Viena, the waiters are treined and simpatetic with people, that make you feel confortable.

A good suggestion of food is Boeuf Bourguignon a french dish made of meat and Bourgogne wine. Its served with rice or mashed potatoes.

It’s not a good idea to go to Viena for lunch at Sunday, because its really crowed. But in the other days you will enjoy it for sure.
