Almanara

Almanara is an Arabian restaurant that was established in 1950 by the family Coury, one traditional Lebanese family .  The restaurant is a very good place to eat with your family on weekends. Although the restaurant is always crowded the service is very good and very efficient and the waiters are fast and trained. So, though it has a high number of people there, they don’t spend much time and you don´t have to wait a long time.

The menu is very varied and you have many options. First, the best thing to ask is curd dry but homus is an option too. Both are a delicious cream that you eat with Pita bread. Then you can choose salads, beiruts, meats, or the traditional kibe, a mass of grounded meat and wheat temperate with herbs and esfiha, a kind of mass with grounded meat. I suggest raw kibe and the Agadir Salad that contains lettuce, tomato, carrot, mozzarella cut in cubes, a hint of oregano and delicious sauce based on mustard. For desert you can maybe have a fruit salad or you can try the Arabians traditional desert like Ataif that is a crepe stuffed with walnuts and chestnuts.

The atmosphere is cool, the decor is fine and the price is not so high.
